Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods and Fees
We currently deliver within Hungary only.

Foxpost parcel locker: 1,140 HUF – Find a locker

Free shipping on orders over 25,000 HUF
2. Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and the courier’s workload.
3. Receiving Your Package
The customer is required to receive the package at the provided delivery address.
If the courier cannot reach the recipient, a second delivery attempt may occur, or the package will be returned to the sender.
In case of reshipment, delivery costs will be charged again.
4. Damaged Packages
If the package appears visibly damaged, please report it immediately and ask the courier to record a damage report on the spot.
Send this report to our customer service as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damages reported after delivery.
