Terms and Conditions

1. Product Selection

Customers can browse and purchase from the products available in our online store.
Each product page includes a detailed description of the item.
To purchase, click “Add to Cart.”
On the “Cart” page, you can review your selected items, adjust quantities, and see the total order amount including shipping.

2. Placing an Order

After checking your cart, click “Checkout.”
In our webshop, you can:

  • Log in as a registered customer

  • Register as a new customer

  • Check out as a guest

During checkout, please provide your billing and shipping information and select your preferred shipping and payment method.

3. Shipping Methods and Fees

  • Foxpost parcel locker: 1,140 HUF – Find a locker

  • Foxpost home delivery: 2,400 HUF

  • Free shipping on orders over 25,000 HUF

Currently, we deliver within Hungary only.

4. Payment Methods

  • Credit or debit card payment: Securely processed via OTP SimplePay.

  • Bank transfer:

6. Prices

All product prices are shown as gross (VAT included).
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices and product information at any time.

7. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

8. Return Policy

Customers may return products within 14 days in case of a size issue, provided that:

  • The item is in perfect, new condition

  • The item has not been worn or washed

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed items for return or exchange.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without justification.
In this case, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received.
