It is therefore important to consider what substances come into contact with our skin in this not-so-short period of time and what toxic substances are absorbed through them. These chemicals can cause unpleasant odors at best, or lower abdominal cramps or endocrine system disorders at worst.

Tampons and pads are mostly made of polyester, polyethylene, or polypropylene, and if that weren't bad enough, they are also treated with various synthetic chemicals (fragrances, bleaches, dixoins).

Most menstrual panty manufacturers also make the panty liner out of polyester for the “dry feel” and use a cheaper synthetic absorbent layer, sacrificing the biggest advantage of washable menstrual pads. Ideally, the outer material of the panty is cotton-based, but here too they often compromise and use synthetic materials (polyester, elastane, spandex, modal, etc.)

We selected the materials of Hip-Hip panties so that you feel safe not only from getting wet, but also from the side effects experienced with tampons and pads.

We have not compromised in the use of ingredients, we only work with ingredients that we, as women, would feel comfortable using at any time, because the most important thing for us is to be able to keep every corner of our wonderful female body healthy.
